Walk-in Hours
Walk-in hours are available Monday-Friday from 8am-10am and Saturday 8am-11am. Walk in hours are for anyone with an acute sickness. Any behavioral issues or sick symptoms that have been on going for more than a couple days should have a scheduled appointment.
Patient Portal
You can access your child’s medical records online through our patient portal at www.MyKidsChart.com/pac. When you access our patient portal, you can review a complete health information summary for each child in your care, including:
- Recent physical due
- Upcoming appointments
- Historical visits
- A summary of labs and medical tests
- A problem list, allergy list and medications list
- A complete immunization record
You will also be able to communicate with the office by sending an receiving secure messaging via our portal.

Nurse Line
If you have any concerns, log into our patient portal at www.MyKidsChart.com/pac or call for nursing advice 8:30am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday.
Sick Child Care
We have same day sick appointments available daily. If you cannot make it during our walk in hours, please call us for an appointment today.
Well Child Care
Babies should be evaluated by a pediatrician at discharge, 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 15 months, 18 months, 2 years, 30 months, and 3 years. All other children are seen annually to monitor growth & development and to make sure they are able to participate in strenuous activities such as sports or camp.
Well child visits include:
- Measurement
- Vision Screening
- Hearing Screening – beginning at age 5
- Blood Pressure – beginning at age 3
- Complete Physical Examination
- Review of age appropriate development
- Completion of school, camp, sports physical forms
- Vaccine administration
- Basic health and safety review
Forms
If your child needs a physical form for school, daycare, sports or camp, we will be glad to fill one out for free at their scheduled well visit or for a minimal fee if one is needed in between visits. Please see the Billing Guidelines Form for details.
Vaccinations
We administer Vaccines according to AAP Recommendations. Please refer to the Policies Page for more information.
After Hours
Please do not not go to the Emergency Room unless you must call 911 for a life-threatening emergency! We have a provider on-call daily for emergencies and urgent medical problems which you feel can not wait until the next business day.
